A tres días que dirigentes de la FENTAS Aconcagua se tomaron la Dirección de Salud en San Felipe, la tarde de este viernes tras intensas negociaciones, en la Gobernación Provincial, la Presidenta del gremio Casandra González y Doctora Vilma Olave firmaron protocolo de acuerdo que puso término a la movilización. Pasadas las 18:00 horas de este viernes, en las oficinas del Gobernador Eduardo León que actuó como mediador, como resultado de una serie de reuniones y negociaciones sostenidas desde el miércoles cuando comenzó la Toma, la Presidenta de la FENATS Aconcagua, Casandra González, y la Directora del Servicio de Salud Vilma Olave, firmaron protocolo de acuerdo que levantó la ocupación de las dependencias del Servicio de Salud.
Casandra González, sostuvo que cifran todas las esperanzas del gremio en que con la firma de este acuerdo que puso término a la Toma se pueda retomar una relación fructífera con la máxima autoridad del Servicio de Salud en mesa de trabajo que se instalará; “que sea honesta, que sea abierta y nos permita avanzar en nuestras demandas. Nuevamente volvimos a plantearle a la Directora Olave que nosotros no nos interesa generar este tipo de conflictos, sino que queremos salir en las noticias por ir avanzando en mejoras para la calidad de vida de los funcionarios, en adquirir derechos. Porque nosotros tenemos una visión de salud pública que es muy similar a la que manifiesta la Directora, nosotros creemos en la salud pública, nosotros queremos que se potencia.”
Por su parte la Directora de Salud, Vilma Olave, tras firmar el protocolo de acuerdo con la FENATS, reconoció que el término de la Toma se logró tras un arduo trabajo de una mesa negociadora que se instaló; “la verdad es que llegamos acuerdo en todos los puntos expuestos y eso nos permite establecer una relación futura bajo otros términos. Se evacuó un acuerdo de trabajo conjunto, básicamente de restablecer el dialogo y con determinados programas y actividades concretas a desarrollar de aquí a diciembre y en general para el futuro.”
“Lo cierto es que con la Fenats y todas las asociaciones gremiales del servicio tenemos más coincidencias que diferencias y un poco lo que se representa en este acuerdo es hacer prevalecer aquellas cosas que nos unen por sobre las diferencias y poder analizarlas, poder trabajarlas en un clima de respeto y dialogo. “-acotó Vilma Olave.
“Lo importante es que damos vuelta la hoja e iniciamos una nueva relación y yo digo que vamos a lograr concretar un trabajo, una alianza estratégica efectivamente con la Fenats y todas las asociaciones gremiales del Servicio de Salud, porque finalmente los que más ganas son los trabajadores de la salud y cuando ellos están tranquilos, la verdad es que pueden brindar una atención excelente a la comunidad,”-recalcó la Directora de Salud.
En tanto el Gobernador Eduardo León, que actuó como intermediario entre la FENATS y Dirección de Salud para poner término al conflicto, expresó su satisfacción por la firma del protocolo de acuerdo; “porque en las distintas conversaciones que sostuvimos con los actores, nos dimos cuenta que habían más convergencias que divergencias, así que la mesa de trabajo instalada pudo avanzar para llegara a este protocolo de acuerdo firmado este viernes, donde la Fenats pasara a ser un aliado estratégico en la Dirección de Salud, porque todos queremos una salud de calidad, un mejor servicio, un respeto a los trabajadores y los dirigentes sindicales, y asumido eso hoy se pudo cerrar este acuerdo.”
La Toma del Servicio de Salud tras la firma de este acuerdo fue levantada a última hora de este viernes por los dirigentes de la FENATS Aconcagua.
